		<description>Eugenie, wife of Napoleon III, gave my gg grandmother, Leana Sinclaire, Belfast, Northern Ireland, a locket containing a picture of Eugenie. My 94 year old mother still has it here in Australia. 
Apparently Eugenie and Leana corresponded calling each other cousin. But I suspect they were quite distant cousins, probably dating from the Thomas Kirkpatrick/Margaret Sinclair marriage mentioned here.
I can find no connection between the two families in Ireland but of course such things were much better documented in Scotland.</description>
